McKendree goalkeeper Sydney Kane put together another strong weekend at the WWPA Erie Classic, helping the Bearcats clinch the East’s No. 1 seed. She tallied 17 saves in the clinching game against Gannon, her second-highest total of the season, in addition to grabbing five steals against the Golden Knights. She led the competition with 42 saves, a .600 save percentage and a 9.33 goals against average.
