Delaney Judkins, McKendree
McKendree freshman Delaney Judkins was named WWPA Defensive Player of the Week after anchoring the Bearcats in the cage during a pair of conference matchups in Pennsylvania. Judkins played all 64 minutes across the two WWPA games, stopping 21 shots and posting a 43.8 save percentage. She opened the WWPA Erie Classic with 11 saves against Salem, followed by a 10-save, one-steal performance to help secure a 14-12 conference victory over host Gannon. The effort marked her fifth game with 10 or more saves this season. Judkins currently leads the Bearcats in saves (97) and save percentage (32.9 percent) while ranking in the top 10 of the WWPA in total saves, save percentage, goals-against average, and saves per game.
