Marissa White, Cal State Monterey Bay

Marissa White became the first student-athlete to be named WWPA Defensive Player of the Week in back-to-back weeks since March 2024 (Katie Whittingham, Fresno Pacific). White limited NCAA Division I Santa Clara to just a single goal in the first half en route to a 12-7 victory. She matched her season high with 14 saves in the upset, posting a .667 save percentage while limiting the Broncos to .143 on the power play.
